If a Guild has enough active players but the Guild Leader has not logged in for a long time, then the leadership will be automatically transferred to the appropriate successor based on member position within Guild.
If you are a Guild Leader and would like to change the Guild leadership, you have to choose the desired Player >> Click on their Avatar>> Transfer to Guild Leader.
