If you are facing issues accessing your linked account, the problem might be due to logging in on the incorrect Server or Region. To resolve this, ensure that you log in to your account on the same server and Region where you initially created it, using the same linking method.
Please note that transferring an account or progress between servers is not possible. Each server is considered a separate world, and accounts cannot be moved between them.
To identify the server and Region your account is linked to, click on your server from the Title Screen, and you can find the Region information in the lower-left corner of the Title Screen.
To restore your linked account, follow these steps:
- Launch the game and navigate to the Title Screen.
- Click on the linking method you used initially (e.g., Google, Apple).
- Choose the account you used to bind your game previously.
In case you encounter difficulties despite following the restoration steps, consider the following:
- Double-check that you are using the correct server and Region.
- Verify that you are using the same linking method you used initially.
- Ensure that you are connected to a stable internet connection.
If you have multiple accounts linked to different platforms (e.g., Google, Apple), you can switch between them easily from the Title Screen. Simply click on the corresponding linking method and choose the desired account to access it.
